Biological Station Research Gateway and Data Management

The University of Michigan Biological Station (UMBS) strives to provide researchers with the tools needed to be successful in their research and educational endeavors.
We are committed to helping our researchers successfully meet data management requirements such as those recently outlined by the National Science Foundation.

The UMBS Research Gateway and the UMBS Data Management Plan are resources you can cite (and use!) to meet funding agency requirements.

UMBS invites researchers interested in either collaborative research or individual projects using these facilities to contact us. We can help you ascertain the feasibility of specific research projects, the availability of a summer fellowship supporting initial research, available equipment, and user fees.
