Bioterrorism and Emergency Preparedness for Public Health & Dental Health Care Professionals

This overview course covers 1) Clinical aspects of biological agents as bioterrorism weapons, 2) Emergency management, incident command and national homeland security systems, and 3) Public health structure, function and organization in Michigan. Supplemental sections highlight the role of dental health care professionals.

This online self-study course takes approximately 2.75 hours to complete. Modules have instructional video and informational slides. A computer with a high-speed internet connection, Adobe/Macromedia FLASH installed and Internet Explorer are needed to view this course.
