Approximately 40 scholarships are awarded to students enrolled at or admitted to any University of Michigan campus, who have experienced an interruption in education. The interruption must be for at least a) 48 consecutive months or b) a total of 48 months, not counting interruptions of less than 8 months. Awards are given at undergraduate and graduate levels and may be specific to educational level or field of study. Applications are available October 1, and due in mid-January of the following calendar year. Contact CEW or access the website for specific deadline dates, criteria, further information and application form. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS AT OTHER INSTITUTIONS.
