U-M Museum of Natural History (UMMNH) Guided Tours

Description

Guided Tours are one hour long and can consist of one or two topics listed below. Students of Kindergarten age or younger are scheduled for age-appropriate “Discovery Tours” on the same topics. Topics include:

- Prehistoric Life

- Rocks and Fossils

Browsing: If you would prefer to visit the Museum without a guide, we will provide you with a Scavenger Hunt to help you find the highlights on our three floors of exhibits.

Learn it, Do it Days: Topics include Dinosaurs, weather, geology, Michigan wildlife, butterflies, Archaeology, and environmental stewardship. Please see website for details.

Advance reservations must be made for both guided and unguided tours. Call early; space is limited.
