Laboratory Aspects of Bioterrorism. Resources from this one-day training course are now available online. Presentations and related materials focus on laboratory features of biological and chemical agents that could be used in a deliberate manner to threaten population health. Biological characteristics of various BT agents, safety and handling of these agents, specimen and sample collection, and the tests that are conducted to identify these agents are highlighted, as well as a review of some if the legal aspects of handling potential BT situations as they relate to public health activities.
