MiBytes – Hacking in a Digital World

Description

Hacking in a Mobile World:
This 10 day non-residential program will inspire students who are enthusiastic about computer science, and who are eager to learn more about it in greater detail. Four areas in computer science will be explored: robotics, microcontrollers, mobile app development, and cybersecurity. The program will feature introductions to each area and then allow students to “hack” and implement the technology they learned. Students will also go on a field trip to local software companies and participate in a Hackathon where they get to showcase all the interesting hacks they worked on during the program! Programming experience for this program is encouraged but not required.
