The GENESIS Project – ENACT (Exploring Nursing as a Career for Tomorrow)


The GENESIS Project’s Exploring Nursing as a Career for Tomorrow (ENACT) Program allows students in grades 8-11 to gain exposure to the field of nursing. This is a two-week residential experience at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. All applicants must: have earned a 3.0 or better in math/science courses (including cumulative GPA), have strong writing skills, have interest in a career in nursing, and be from underrepresented economic, educational, racial, or ethnic groups within the nursing field.
