Theatre & Drama Academy

Description

MPulse is a summer performing arts phenomenon on the UM campus carrying high school students from around the world to exciting new levels of excellence in music performance, music technology, musical theatre, theatre, and dance. Approximately 200 MPulse participants study with distinguished UM School of Music, Theatre & Dance faculty for two or three weeks each summer while experiencing campus life in Ann Arbor.

The Theatre & Drama Academy, held in the new state-of-the-art Walgreen Drama Center, offers classes in acting, acting for the camera, voice, combat, movement, and drama analysis. The Academy culminates in a performance in the technologically advanced and intimate Arthur Miller Theatre.
