University of Michigan Challenge Program

Using experiential challenges the Challenge Program helps groups (from sports teams to management groups) develop better teamwork and interaction. Most programs are half- or full-day and take place at our beautiful wooded site in Ann Arbor near the Matthaei Botanical Gardens.

From breaking the ice to improving performance, we provide an exciting, interactive experience. Programs can be non-physical, using interactive challenges called initiatives or we can add physical obstacles. Kick it up another notch by adding our High Ropes Course or Climbing Tower.

Our facilitators will challenge your group to discuss the issues that arise, connecting back to your organization and its function.
